Sehr gute Ferienunterkunft
Sehr gute und preiswerte Unterkunft mit Charme, die für einen Winterurlaub hervorragend geeignet ist. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Der Austausch der defekten Spülmaschine erfolgte sofort und problemlos. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Utensilien ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Verkehrsanbindung per Ski-Bus in die 3 angrenzenden Skigebiete ist sehr gut, da sich eine Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet.
Für uns haben sich keine wirklichen Kritikpunkte ergeben. Da aber Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht werden müssen, wird man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt vielleicht eine Waschmaschine vermissen.

neuvěřitelný nepořádek - viz. fotografie, pavučiny, nánosy prachu všude, špinavé potahy na sedačkách, venku špinavé podsedáky, fleky špína v lednici, v poličkách v kuchyni nádobí zapáchající, talíře poškrábané, některé polorozbité gril neúplný - špinavý a chyběly části a vybavení koberce špinavé vybavení rozbíté - světlo v ložinici svítilo jen občas, sušák na prádlo rozbitý.. v kuchyni na podlaze pod kobercem velká díra kamsi s mřížemi platili jsme 40 EUR za povlečení, kdy prostěradla nepasovala na postele, povlečení bylo staré a škrábavé nikdo nám neřekl, že na vedlejším pozemku probíhá stavba - hluk od 7 od rána, prach

Trotz des schlechten Wetters haben wir eine schöne Woche in Ihrem Haus verlebt.
Die Schlüsselübergabe inklusive Einweisung ist schnell und problemlos vonstatten gegangen. Im Wohnhaus haben wir alles für unseren Aufenthalt finden können. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als vollständig. Als positiv möchten wir die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern erwähnen.
Die Kommunikation seitens Booking.com mit dem Hauseigentümer ist verbesserungswürdig.

Super Skiurlaub - Maishofen 2022 👍
Sehr gut gelegen. Der Kern Maishofen ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alles notwendige findet man dort, einen Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Skiverleih etc. In ca 15 Minuten spaziert man gemütlich zum dorfeigenen Hausberg, wo Kinder und Ski Anfänger kostenlos den Hügel hochgeschleppt werden. Rodler müssen hoch laufen ;) Gleich neben dem kleinen Hausberg kann man super gut im Restaurant im Schloss Kammer essen! Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Zell am See oder in nur ein paar Minuten mehr auch im Skigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm. Der Skibus hält fast direkt vor der Tür. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Zeit.
Leider ist der Kamin im Haus nicht mehr in Betrieb. Kalt war es im Haus aber trotzdem nicht. Jeder Raum hatte ein bis zwei moderne Heizkörper.
