Exceptional hosts, memorable stay and great fun

I stayed here with friends for three nights, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Thomas and Ferdinand were incredibly welcoming and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even let us check in super late at around 1 a.m., which was such a relief after a long trip.The place itself was great—the bedrooms were large, each with a balcony with great views of mountains, and there was a recreational room with a snooker table, table tennis, foosball, and a TV. What made it even better was that they kept the games room open for us past 10 p.m. so we could hang out and enjoy it. One of the highlights was the BBQ setup in the garden. Thomas helped setting everything up for us, provided tables and chairs, and even gave us free Austrian beers for all of us. All in all, the combination of a great place and such genuinely kind, helpful hosts made our stay unforgettable. I’d definitely love to come back the next time I’m in that part of Austria.

Wonderful Stay in Zell am See!

Our stay at the apartment in Zell am See was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect – peaceful and surrounded by breathtaking nature, yet still close to shops and attractions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the apartment was stunning – waking up to the sight of the mountains and fresh air every morning was truly refreshing. MR. Thomas and his family were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend Sun Valley Apartments to anyone visiting Zell am See. It’s a perfect home away from home, and I would definitely love to return in the future!

Very comfortable apartments

The apartment was very clean, and they offered us discounts on some places and a free ride on a beautiful cable car. Mr. Thomas was very kind and friendly, cheerful, and responsive. Staying in his apartment makes you feel at ease! I stayed for four days and even extended my stay. I highly recommend these beautiful apartments to anyone.

Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Genug Geschirr zum Essen und kochen, und sogar backen. Lage für Skifahrer ist gut zwischen den Skigebieten Saalbach und Hochkönig (Auto ist aber nötig). Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die Berge ist grandios.

Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig – normale Unterhaltungen in anderen Apartments kommen durch die Wände.

Розташування дуже близько щоб кататись на лижах в усіх зонах катання що пропонує Zell am see . Чисті номери , і в них дуже тепло є також настільний теніс і більярд , велика парковка тиша і вид на гори . Дуже дякуємо Томасу

Herrliche Aussicht in absoluter Muh-Ruhe

Der Blick auf die Berge vom Balkon aus und die absolute Ruhe. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr hundefreundlich!

Dass die Wege in Richtung Gerling privatisiert sind und man dadurch nicht direkt zur Bach und in die Natur laufen kann war für mich überraschend und ärgerlich. Um aus der Sackgasse heraus zu kommen muss man die Landstraße Richtung Maishofen entlang laufen. Dort befinden sich Bushaltestellen, Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Perfekter Radurlaub für Pärchen und Familie

Die Lage war bombastisch. Kein großer Verkehr, ländlich und für ein Radurlaub perfekt gelegen, da es mitten im Tal und relativ mittig liegt, um in jede Richtung zu fahren. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, familiär und für einen Plausch bereit. Es wurde jedes Mal gefragt, ob wir zufrieden seien und Empfehlungen geben, was in der Umgebung Sehenswertes wäre. Durften sogar bei Ankunft im Regen in einer Garage ausladen. Es besteht ein großer Radkeller, welcher nachts abgeschlossen wird. Auch durften wir dort unseren Fahrradträger lagern. 🙂 Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte neben der Wohnung einen kostenlos nutzbaren Aufenthaltsraum mit Billard, Tischkicker und ein kleines Gym. Die Betten waren auch gemütlich und nicht durchgelegen. Lobend zu erwähnen war weiterhin ein Kaffeevollautomat mit Kaffeebohnen, welcher neben Teezubehör in der Küche stand. Die Kurtaxe war im Preis enthalten und man bekam ein Gutscheinheft von der Gemeinde mit guten Rabatten, die gerade für Familien oder Schlecht-Wetter-Tage super geeignet waren, da die Preiseinsparung schon lukrativ waren. Abschließend gesagt, können wir uns einen Urlaub in der Unterkunft wieder vorstellen. 👍🏻 Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Wie schon oft durch die Rezessionen erwähnt, war das Haus hellhörig. Für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf sind Ohropax empfohlen. Weiterhin gab es designtechnische unkluge Entscheidungen, wie der Wasserhahn in der Küche, da dieser zu tief im Becken lag und man somit Töpfe nicht so gut abspülen konnte. Der WLAN Empfang war auf der Top Ebene auch nicht so der Beste, aber wir sind schließlich im Urlaub und nicht Zuhause. 😅 War halt so- hat aber nicht so groß gestört.

Ich würde in dieser Unterkunft nie wieder fahren

Die Lage im Land war gut ansonsten hat uns nichts an dieser Unterkunft gefallen

Speziell entsprach die ganze Unterkunft nicht den Bildern von Booking, COM. Außerdem befand sich direkt neben der Unterkunft eine große Rinderzucht Anlage, wo die Rinder in ihrem eigenen Code standen und es dementsprechend von früh bis abends gerochen hat. Des Weiteren waren in der Unterkunft im Bad und in der Küche keine Abflussstöpsel vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurden diese geliefert mit der Bitte nicht so viel Wasser zu verschwenden. Das verstehe ich nicht weil bei Laufenden Wasser ab zu waschen mehr Wasser verwendet wird. Außerdem habe ich einen Urlaub gebucht und möchte mich in dieser Zeit nach dem wandern in dieser wirklich wunderschönen Gegend auch duschen und baden können , wenn schon eine Wanne vorhanden ist und mit Dieser geworben wird. Abschließend muss ich sagen, dass muss ich sagen, dass an eine Nachtruhe in dieser Anlage nicht zu denken ist. Die komplette Anlage müsste eigentlich renoviert werden und benötigt etwas mehr Liebe bei der Ausstattung und das fängt schon bei der Rezeption an. Normalerweise wäre ich gleich wieder umgekehrt aber nach einer langen Reise ist man froh, wenn man irgendwo schlafen kann. Ich werde diese Anlage auf alle Fälle nicht mehr besuchen und genau das rate ich auch andere Familien auch.

موقعها قريب من زيلامسي والاماكن الحيوية وهاديه وكانت 3 غرف تقريبا و1 دورة مياه، المالك شخص متعاون جدا وخدوم ومتجاوب 24 ساعه وشي يشكر عليه للأمانة، متوفرة عدة المطبخ وثلاجة وغسالة اواني، اتطلع لزيارتي لها في المستقبل القريب بحول الله

يعيبها عدم وجود مغسلة ملابس بس شي يمكن التعامل معاه للي يكون معاه كامل الملابس،

ممتازه جدا .. توماس لم اقابله لكن كان رجل يسعى لجودة وراحة المكان .. اتيت متأخرا وضع لي مفتاح الشقه على الباب .. شكرا له .. الشقه واسعه بلكونه .. ومن يأتي اليها أول مره بالليل او النهار لاتخف من بعد المكان عن الطريق لكن ستجد راحه بلا حدود ..

Tæt på Zell am see

Rigtig god og personlig modtagelse. Fint fint værelse med alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Der var osse en lækker lounge med 2x billard, dart, netflix tv og sofaer.

Måske en smule bedre beliggenhed, men det afspejler prisen jo osse, og hey..... 5 min til super bager og indkøb. Mon ikke man overlever.....

Lekker appartement met keuken.

Lekker rustig appartement. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Perfecte plaats voor het bezoeken van Zell am see, Saalbach en Hinterglemm. Iets verder weg Salzburg maar als je geen bergen gewend bent, mooie route op de weg daar naar toe.

Freundlicher Empfang von Ferdinand! Kleine ruhige Ferienwohnung, für kurzen Wochenendtrip geeignet. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen daher die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit defekt. Etwas muffig in der Wohnung. Dafür tollen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Billardtischen, liebe Einladung zum Willkommensbier. Ski- und Schuhraum mit reichlich Platz.
