La ubicación es excelente. Está sobre La Piazza Spagna. Tiene una estación de metro a 100 mts. El depto es amplio y confortable. Bien equipado .
No tiene ascensor y hay que bajar y subir 25 escalones al Hall de entrada. No apto para personas mayores

Great location in old building right next to Piazza di Spagna. The apartment was very clean with plenty of good coffee, milk cheese and prosciutto, water and sweets 😋the building was renovated and every touch was spot on. Highly recommend this place ✅🏆

La posizione ottima e letto molto comodo. Bene insonorizzata nonostante la presenza di locali nelle immediate vicinanze . Prodotti per fare colazione e macchina del caffè.
Bagno devastante. Piatto doccia scrostato e probabilmente scarico intasato dalla vernice . Impossibile effettuare la doccia. Rubinetti otturati dal calcare. Sporco. Presenza di prese elettriche staccate pericolose. Phon che faceva fumo causa shuko difettosa. Il proprietario è intervenuto subito per il phon ma non per la doccia che ha fatto finta di non sapere dicendo che sarebbe intervenuto il giorno seguente per poi leggere le recensioni precedenti nel quale erano mesi che veniva indicata la medesima problematica.
