ALEX MET US ONE THE DAY WE ARRIVED AND WAS EXTREMLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. IT WAS A WONDERFULL STAY AND A GREAT LOCATION. THE LARGE SPA BATH WAS GREAT AND THE AIR CON WAS PERFECT AS WE HAD 35C PLUS DAYS. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMADATION TO ANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HEADING TO ROME.
THE COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT MORE COMFORTABLE.

Lo cerca del centro que estaba y cerca de via Cavour llena de tiendas, cerca de la Fontana di trevi unos 10 minutos andando…. La bañera un plus muy relajante el baño y el dueño muy atento para recomendar totalmente.

The location was great, secure, quiet and easy to access. Great and friendly host.
The rooms and bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned. The beddings were dirty, pillows very poor quality(sponge) and dust everywhere. Very limited shower gel, soap or shampoo.
