Die Lage war sehr gut, unmittelbar bei der Spanischen Treppe. Die Zimmer sind alle so angelegt, dass es von außen her keinen Lärm gab, leider auch kein Tageslicht. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr rasch.

Das W-LAN hat sehr oft gar nicht funktioniert und generell war die Internetverbindung auch für unsere mobilen Daten oft nicht möglich. Außerdem fanden wir die Glastüren zu den Zimmern nicht angenehm, da das Licht vom Gang und von den anderen Zimmern in alle Zimmer scheint und auch die Zimmer dadurch sehr hellhörig waren. Die beiden Doppelzimmer hatten kein natürliches Tageslicht, sondern nur Fenster in die Wohnung. Die Lüftung des Badezimmers vom Doppelbettzimmer ging direkt beim Zweibettzimmer vorbei und war sehr laut. Wenn jemand im Vorzimmer war, scheinte das Licht direkt in das Zweibettzimmer und machte es taghell, durch die starken Lampen. Ein weiterer Punkt, der mich unrund gemacht hat, war, dass mich drei verschiedene Personen wegen der Übernahme der Schlüssel angeschrieben haben, obwohl ich es schon an eine Person rückgemeldet hatte.

Superbly located, excellent apartment for a family - no hesitation in recommending this place!. We visited in 37c August with an 7 & 8 yr old and one teen and it was brilliant to be able to walk out of the door and see the sites and pop home for a siesta. Near to main bus routes for colosseum etc. and easy to use. There’s a mini supermarket nearby and lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. The flat was equip for easy food too. Beds were great, showers brilliant, plenty of towels and a tv with Wi-Fi so we could watch Netflix etc.

No phone reception (lower, internal position in apartment block) so used free Wi-Fi for calls…. Only thing! It’s a really great apartment!

I would suggest leaving toilet paper for the guests (seems funny, but when you come for 3 days to Rome, you don't feel like buying toilet paper). And also, for hygene reasons, I think the bed sheets should be closed so that you don't touch the bedding used by previous guests.
