A warm welcome and a very caring stay.

This was our first stay in Villa d’Ys. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and our host immediately invited us in, even though we were early. The bedroom and en suite shower-room were both bright and spotlessly clean. The windows had electrically operated shutters, which were very effective at night. The bed and the arm chairs were all very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, everything tasting nice and fresh. It proved to be an easy walk down to the centre of the town, which took about ten minutes. We highly recommend Villa d’Ys.

A spacious room which was light and airy. Comfortable little chairs to sit and admire the garden. The bathroom was superb with a large walk-in shower. A great night's sleep on a comfortable mattress in the quiet surroundings. Lovely continental breakfast served by our very helpful and informative host.

The location - the town of Chateaulin wasn't as nice as we had expected, but we ventured a few km along to Port Launey which was much better.

Our stay at Villa d'Ys was exceptional. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were more than we could have asked for. Breakfast was excellent and we were very sorry to stay for only one night.

Excellent petit-déjeuner. Chambre agréable avec 2 fauteuils et une petite table pratique pour prendre une petite collation. Grande salle de bain. Maison au calme. Notre hôte était très sympathique et accueillant.

Für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt auch von mehreren Tagen sehr empfehlenswert.

Ausgesprochen sympathischer Besitzer, mit dem man auch über vieles sprechen kann. Ein wunderschönes geräumiges Zimmer und ein komfortables Badezimmer mit viel Platz. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist schön eingerichtet, mit Bildern und anderen Ausstellungsstücken, ausserdem durch Fenster zum Garten, den man auch benutzen darf, sehr hell. Das gute Frühstück ist im Rahmen des für das Land übliche sehr schmackhaft und vielfältig.

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.
