Wonderful appartment, spatious, enough for 6 people. Authentic and cosy. Very well equipped with everything needed. Annabella, the host, is always pleasant and helpful. We liked the locatiin because it is not in a crowded area, but very close to center (10-15 min walk). We liked that near the location you have Garibaldi street with a lot of great restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, bars- for local people and not touristic. Definitely reccomend it!
To us it did not matter at all, but I am leaving it here as for other persons could. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. Like all buildings in Venice, the stairs are old, some of them a bit cracked. It's not at all bad: only for a person with disabilities or an older person could be a bit challenging.

La casa es tal cual se aprecia en las fotografías: la cocina es muy amplia y muy bien equipada. La habitación de la buhardilla es muy, muy bonita y, en general, toda la vivienda es muy confortable y cómoda. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor pero solo hay que subir un piso. El barrio es pintoresco y muy agradable. Y nuestra anfitriona fue encantadora y nos proporcionó todas las instrucciones necesarias.
Para nosotras no supuso ningún problema pero es cierto que al ser un edificio antiguo (que, insisto, nos encantó, muy pintoresco y auténtico) los escalones son algo altos y poco profundos, lo que podría ser un problema para alguien muy mayor y/o con dificultades para moverse.
