Everything perfect - this was our 2nd time stay here and we enjoyed every moment again. Love the design, amenities and staff. All you need for a short stay in a central yet relatively quiet area. The new washing machine works great ;)
The balcony panel - gives me claustrophobia and I prefer seeing the interiors of the manzanas, but not a big issue and I understand its use :)

Logement particulièrement bien placé, dans un quartier très agréable et sympathique. Personne qui nous a donné les clés et les indications nécessaires, très sympathique.
Logement et parties communes vétustes. Literie affaissée. Voisins de l'immeuble très bruyants le soir. Machine Nespresso sur les photos mais Dolce Gusto dans l'appartement, nos capsules ont voyagé comme nous. Certains carreaux du sol sont décollés.

The owner threatened us with fines on arrival time and departure time. I understand business, but I also understand hospitality.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro de la ciudad, del transporte público, zonas de restauración,... El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor, perfecto para pasar un fin de semana en pareja.
Faltaron algunos enseres de cocina (como trapos, papel de cocina,...) pero nada importante. La cama nos resultó blanda para nuestro gusto.
