Aquamare, boutique b&b

Very central, super clean, modern and comfortable with a friendly and present owner/staff. Easy accommodation to access from the water bus so we could pop in and out if we got tired of daily activities. We were always met with smile and offer to help with anything we needed. Absolutely loved this place. The breakfast roof terrace was beautiful place to relax.

This is a very cute property. Extremely clean. The breakfast is cooked to order, not a buffet. It’s excellent. The owners and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this property if you don’t mind climbing stairs.

It was explained in the booking that there were many flights of stairs. So, if you have light luggage and don’t mind climbing stairs, you will absolutely LOVE this location. If you have difficulty with stairs or have very heavy luggage, it might not be the best choice for you.

Convenient to St Mark’s Square.

Hard to find for a non-local and the A/C was mid.

The friendliness and helpfulness of our hosts from our initial booking and throughout our stay. You cannot fault the location of this hotel - literally 5 minutes from San Zaccharia bus stop and St. Mark's Square. As others have said, there are a lot of stairs to climb to reach Aquamare, so travelling light is a good suggestion. We had a spacious room, spotlessly clean and were grateful for the decanter of water in our room as well as the kettle and teabags and coffee sachets. The bathroom too was spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. We really enjoyed our breakfasts every morning - chosen in advance, particularly the option for eggs and toast and fruit and yogurt. Unfortunately, it was rather cold and rainy during our stay so we had to have our breakfast indoors rather than on the terrace, but it certainly set us up for the day. Would highly recommend Aquamare!
