The property is in an excellent location. So close to all the sites. So convenient to get to. The owner was always available.

A very warm welcome at the reception and a very friendly and courteous staff. Beautiful room with a very comfortable double bed and a very well-equipped bathroom. Good breakfast with friendly service. Fantastic location in the heart of Venice and just a few meters from public transport. Many bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are within easy walking distance.

Create location off the dock, room was very clean and nice.
Some communication issues with the host, as well as it was extremely hot in the room in the AC would not function. We tried multiple times to get help with it, but it never worked properly.
