Es war schon etwas teuer für „ nur“ das Zimmer

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, and the location was very walkable to downtown while being quiet.

The room had neither a mini-refrigerator nor an in-room safe, both of which would have been nice to have. There is also not a 24 hour reception.

Kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel. Highlight war für uns neben einem extrem sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmer das servierte Frühstück. Hier wird sehr auf regionale Produkte Wert gelegt. Im Frühstücksraum herrscht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer werden noch täglich sauber gemacht, was bei größeren Hotelketten im Innenstadtbereich meistens nicht mehr der Fall ist oder kostenpflichtig, dazu gebucht werden muss. Das Betreiber Ehepaar liegt sehr viel Wert auf einen persönlichen Kontakt zu seinen Gästen.

Etwas problematisch gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsituation für Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, da das Hotel nur über sehr wenige Parkplätze verfügt und Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße auch nur sehr beschränkt verfügbar sind. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist mit einem fünfminütigen Fußweg zu erreichen.

Hotel Im Hof is perfectly placed for where I want to be in Munich. The bed is comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom is a real treat! Everything I needed was here with minimal fuss. There is an honesty bar with a few snacks available. Breakfast was not included on my tariff but is available at the hotel if you want it. The room was cleaned every day and it was lovely to come back to a beautifully made up bed, a sparkling bathroom and a neatly. Older nightie! Check-in is self service so I collected my key from the key safe at my convenience and came and went as I chose. Morning check out is staffed. It is a haven of peace and beautifully looked after - a real sanctuary after busy days!

The television was a disappointment with no access to any international channels. The shower drain was a bit smelly one evening for some reason but only for a short time. The pillows were lumpy and well worn - could do with a freshen-up.
