Very good location, short and easy connection to the center, generally nice hotel, you have everything you need

We had some issues with cleaning, asked to handle them, and that was done, but i couldn’t unsee what i saw

I really loved the location 15 min away walking from the train station or you get the tram that's a few stops away, I loved that it was away from the caos that's in the main area and near the hotel you can find everything, supermarkets, food stores and even fitness centers. the breakfast was amazing it had everything you needed and super delicious with fresh fruits and very varied and the staff at the breakfast was so kind and helpful. I loved the room, it very spacious and beds where confortable ,I liked the fact that it was facing the garden and we could open the windows. The lobby and the court yard of the hotel also I appreciated so much if you don't want to stay at your room you can came and chill in the lovely garden. I want to say thanks to a special lady Emy that made our stay even better, her smile and her kindness it was out of this world. I can recommend this hotel to everyone we had a lovely stay!

Convenient location, quite hotel with a great breakfast

The reception staff weren’t very welcoming. This wasn’t the same with the restaurant staff and cleaners who were hard working and cheerful.

The room is spotless, including the bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options such as cold cuts, eggs, pastries, sweets, and freshly juices.

The room and bathroom were cold both day and night, and the bathroom heater did not work at all. They provided a small plastic heater, but it was very noisy and not safe to keep on overnight.
