The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We booked two rooms connected which was perfect for traveling with our adult daughter. The tram is ever present however I was able to sleep through its rumbling. Location is great for train travel and proximity to the Old Town.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating including storing our bags for us before check in and giving us advice and directions. The only notes I would have would be that there is no air conditioning and it meant the room was kind of stuffy(might be just be us Americans) and was right next to the rail which was very noisy even at night.
