    Downtown Vi Vadi is a self-check-in apartment, and the check-in process was very easy and straightforward. The biggest advantage is the location, which is excellent and very convenient. Considering the price and location, overall the stay was good and fair value for money. The apartment itself has very limited amenities. There was no air conditioning, iron, coffee or tea provided, only a hot water jug and cup/glasses. Room cleaning is also done only once every two days. Breakfast was quite good. The staff was supportive and helpful, although reception operates only until 8 PM. When we needed towels, which were short missing from the room, and an extra fan after reception hours, we contacted the 24/7 support team and they managed to arrange them for us, which we really appreciated. They also provide a luggage storage facility, which was very useful. Overall, a good stay if your priority is location and reasonable pricing. Just be prepared for limited amenities and services compared to a regular hotel.

    The location is excellent! very close to the Old Town and within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for trams, U-Bahn, and trains. It was easy to get around the city from the hotel. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. The room was very warm, and although a stand fan was provided, it was simply not enough to make the room comfortable. We were told that air conditioning is only available in the suites. Because of this, I personally would not recommend staying here during the summer unless you book a room with air conditioning. Another issue was the unpleasant smell in our room. We complained to the manager because we thought it smelled like cigarette smoke. He came to check and even smelled the curtains, but said that since the curtains did not smell of cigarettes, the odor was probably coming from the bathroom exhaust. Regardless of where it was coming from, the smell was noticeable and unpleasant, and we ended up staying in the same room for all 4 nights. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Cleaning is only done every other day, which would have been fine if the room had been properly cleaned. However, during the cleaning, it seemed that only fresh towels were provided. The rubbish bins in the bathroom, under the sink, and in the bedroom were not emptied. Overall, the lack of air conditioning, unpleasant smell, and poor housekeeping made our stay less comfortable than expected. I would especially think twice about booking this hotel during the summer unless you are staying in one of the air-conditioned suites.

    We had room 19, it was very hot inside. I don’t recommend booking during summer. Since the reception is not 24 hours open, we have tried reaching them out through messages that the fridge doesn’t work and if possible we can have another fan but they didn’t even bother to answer. The reception opens at 7.30/8.00 but we always had to leave earlier than that so we couldn’t talk to them in person
