They tried to charge me twice for the room, luckily the bank realized it. Staff was not very communicative. Not enough air, you have to open the door since the window is tiny and at the entrance.

The rooms have been upgraded recently so lovely, modern and clean. Outside spaces nicely landscaped. It’s a short walk to the centre, but it’s a very small town so not a problem.

Rooms are advertised with either a mountain or city view. NONE of the rooms have any view at all or a patio. Rooms are also advertised with fridge, microwave etc but not there although there is a microwave on the first floor.

best deal in Bernal. just a 10-15 Minutes walk to the center. Room has everything you need, comfortable bed, nice rooftop terrace, safe parking lot included. Would definitely stay here again.

The value was great! the location is ok, the entire place and room are very nice. The entire place looks very clean and well kept.

The bathroom looked clean but I think it needs a good scrubbing on the floor and shower walls, it smelled a bit like urine. The bed was a bit noisy and hard. A semi tuck drive in and park late in the night, it was very noisy…

The room was clean, big comfortable bed, tropical shower. Free parking inside the property. Cute fountains.

There was no hot water in one of 2 rooms we booked, and the receptionist just said “it should be were” and refused to check it out. It’s really noisy on the street, arrive huge trucks, locals listen loud music from their cars. Around 10 pm the receptionist was giving a tour to his friends right in front our door, listening very loudly the music from the Bluetooth speaker. There is an uncovered window in the bathroom, so if you are traveling in summer bring some mosquito repellent with you. The location is not that bad, it’s very near from the downtown, but you will need to pass some bad looking streets to reach it out.

The hotel was lovely! Love the decorations. Close to a little store. I accidentally left something in the room after check out and they contacted us to let them know - excellent employees!

Location is less than 10 minutes from the main road but far enough not to hear traffic at night. The tourist parts and the Monolith are little further but there's no need to take transport. The hotel is spacious, super clean, modern, safe, secure, and cheap! Recommended!

A great value hotel in Bernal

This was probably one of the best value hotels I've stayed at in Mexico. The room was super clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is a nice looking place although it's not quite finished. There is still some construction but nothing that affected my stay. The hotel is an easy walk into town and is very close to the bus stop if arriving by bus.

Maybe a sign out front would be a good idea for finding the place. I had to call to find which building it was. That may be a problem if you don't speak Spanish.

Charming, very modern, clean, and tasteful hotel. The owners clearly have taken pride in the establishment; great views from the rooftop terrace, and wonderful "vibe".
