We had a great time in a great place.

Location was amazing. We loved the view of the Peña from the balcony of the room. The private balcony was a great plus. Hotel was very easy to find and we had great communication from the start.

The pool does not have heater. Since it was December, it would have been great to be able to swim in a warm pool. We decided on that hotel because of the view and the pool but were not able to use the pool in the end.

Great hotel with a nice view!

We had one of the end suites with a patio and had a great view of 'The Rock'. The room was large and comfortable beds. Great location, just walk across the parking lot across the street and you're in the historic area. We enjoyed getting a bottle of wine and some cheese samples from Vaca Feliz each day and sitting on our patio with the other couple we are traveling with for an afternoon happy hour.

There is a fairly large hill getting up to the hotel. Might not be an issue for most, but I have some mobility issues, so it was a challenge. Easy to hire a tuk tuk in town, though, to get you up the hill.

Cold water the first night, need to ask for someone to fixed. I asked for Iron never got it. No phone on the room Main roadway for dump trucks and heavy traffic , very noisy Kind of far from downtown and business

Great views and nice people

Loved this hotel! The room was huge, modern and clean. The views were amazing and loved the pool. The owners were super nice and felt very welcomed there. Would have loved to stay for a few more days.

Great place to stay in Bernal!

The location is great! It offers a lovely view of the Peña, and it is easy to access the downtown, stores and attractions. The facilities are great and we even were able to have a picnic in the garden.

The only downside is that you have to cross the highway to get downtown if you want to walk. It is a bit dangerous since the entrance to the hotel is on a curve.

Great property if you are just driving thru!

If you need a one night stop from driving all day this place would work. Nothing endearing and a bit noisy from the highway trucks.

The location wasn't great if you wanted to visit Bernal. It's across a highway and a bit of walk to get to the shops and restaurants.

The staff is very friendly.

The pool was under maintenance, when I searched for the hotel I did chose it because of the pool. The staff showed me that they did notify to booking. But booking did not update it. The internet was bad.

Quiet place, but not the cleanest bathroom

Unfortunately the bathroom was really dirty (a lot of long hair of other people at the wall of the shower and the towels had a lot of stains, who knows from what). If you are not coming by car it's a little difficult to reach as you have to walk like 200 m on a big street with a lot of traffic and there is no sidewalk. The room was pretty small. Personell was really nice though, but I think the price was too high for what was offered (more than everything the cleanliness).
