Extremely noisy. Convenience store attracts noise at night. Room was not well isolated. Noise in rooms close to reception and stairs. That probably is the greatest problem is that the hotel cannot mitigate the amount of noise outside facilities and other guests. Pipes and showers also make noise. Aircp condensation water drops were also uncomfortable

I had Diamant Room with spectacular views, little kitchen with micro wave and nothing else, super clean and nice room with terrace. Very well built hotel with steel structure. 7 minutes walk from city center.

Solid choice in Bernal

I stayed in Bernal for two nights - arriving at Sunday noon (when the village is heaving with tourists), departing Tuesday morning (after enjoying a very peaceful Monday in the village). This hotel basically ticked all my boxes. The hotel is immaculately presented from the street and incredibly clean throughout. I arrived early, but it was no problem checking in and leaving my stuff in a secure area while I explored the village and grabbed some lunch. On my return, my luggage had been placed in the room. For solo travellers, this room was described as 'small'. However, in fact, it was a similar size as rooms in my last three or four places of accommodation. It has a window that can be fully opened to let in fresh air, and can be securely locked. Nearly all rooms in Bernal will have noise until weekend tourists leave by Sunday evening - this is because hotels are either located on the main drag that runs through town, or among the plazas and cobbled streets off the main road that are full of tourist-related activities. I am a light sleeper, and slept well both nights here. The wifi connection was excellent. The property is good value for money. There is an OXXO convenience store next to the hotel, should you need anything.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Bath door stop in the middle of floor by sink and stubbed my toes. Noisy street at night. Noisy rowdy guests who had no concern for others in hotel. Kept partying until 2am. Price from Booking was 25% higher than could have gotten from a call-in reservation.

La habitación confortable en época de frío cuenta con calefacción y espacios pequeños pero aceptables.

Por la ubicación es inevitable escuchar el ruido de los vehículos que transitan sobre la carrera principal, pero fuera de eso se encuentra a distancia cercana de suficientes establecimientos y accesible el traslado hacia el Centro caminando.

Es un hotel que te brinda una estancia agradable, con una vista magnifica hacia la peña, cerca hay una tienda de conveniencia donde puedes degustar el café y alimentos de tu preferencia y otros establecimientos que ofrecen alimentos sin tener que desplazarte mucho ya que el hotel no cuenta con este servicio.

En cuanto a la habitación 14 que nos toco utilizar lo único que se podría mejorar es que den mantenimiento al cerrojo de seguridad a la puerta de acceso a la habitación, el sistema de apagado de las lámparas no funcionan, por ultimo sugiero reemplacen las toallas en sus diversas modalidades ya que se ven muy desgastadas, la otra habitación doble no se tuvo detalle alguno

Ubicación en una calle ruidosa pues es el paso de vehículos pesados y motos. Hay un bar casi enfrente de la calle . El.hotel estaba en mantenimiento, desde muy temprano mucho ruido de los trabajadores. y no se nos notificó de las obras.
