It's a great location, very clean room, and nice receptionist.

Perfect location , close to city centre, tube, buses ,tramps and shops. Felt very safe in this area, staff was super friendly and room was exactly what I was expected . Great quality for the price I've paid.

Just felt a bit uncomfortable getting back in the evening when no one was at the reception as the building is huge and old but that was very minor thing

Budget friendly good accommodation

The single sized duvet was not wide enough to use comfortably, in fact, I am not used to such tiny cover.

Great little room, not much to it, which was perfect as we didn't plan on spending much time there. The bed was suuuuper comfy, and the ceiling fan provided great cooling. We didn't have any problems with walking to the town centre, it was about 15/20 minutes depending on where we were going. There's also a tram stop literally right outside the front of the building.

I was mainly concerned about the key situation. The key that got us into the hallway where the rooms were, was also the key for our room. Does that mean that everyone else in the other rooms has the same key? It made me a little uneasy thinking that someone could just use their key to get into our room. Luckily there was a safe in the room for our valuables. If this is not the case please let me know and I can update this!
