Staff and breakfast are truly exceptional, rooms are also excellent, spacious and with A/C! The location is in a rather quieter part of Vienna, but the access to trains are trams is really easy, so moving around the city was no problem at all.
Two things that were really out of the hotel's control, is that one night we had city workers repairing the street literally outside our room between 8pm and 1-2am. It was probably an exceptional situation. The other is that there's a night club right next door, and the music was fairly loud on Saturday night. For those who sleep very lightly, some sort of sound machine or ear plugs would be helpful.

It was near to the city centre. Very clean and staffs were friendly.
The room wasn’t ready when they provided us. But it seems even staffs were not aware of it. It was very hot when we were there and the freeze wasn’t working in the room so inconvenient not to have it during our stay.
