    Very dirty everywhere, including the door, walls, floor...We booked cleaning and nothing was done except we got 1 towel (the dirty ones were left in the room). We asked to change towels at the reception and again got just 1. Not enough soap and shower gel, it ran out the first day (but we bought our own anyway). There is visible water damage and mold on the walls. There were people partying and screaming in the lobby and in front of our room till 1 am and the receptionist could not get them to calm down. The shower activated fire alarm, which was a big stress. It was not even a very hot shower, just a mild one, and the alarms that react to steam are very old and outdated. All in all a stressfull and disappointing stay. Only positive was the red haired young lady at the reception who was very helpful and professional.
