The location was perfect, very close to tram and metro lines. Staff helped, answered the phones immediately. The room was warm, you can prevent light with shaders. You can also walk to Rathaus via JosefStadter Strasse, which is a nice and chilly street.
In general, everything was perfect. One of the bad sides it that the room doesn't have an air-conditioner, but they provide a mobile one. Probably it will not have the same effect, but it could help in summer. You may need to ventilate the room in the early morning or when you arrive.

Heat management was bad (room boiling hot, restroom cold as ice) no natural lights in room.
