DaunTown Rooms - Self Check-In

It’s amazing location.

We had a great stay here. Visiting Vienna in the middle of a record-breaking heatwave, the room was really a paradise thanks to the AC which was working perfectly during the whole stay. The checkin process is very smooth, the possibility to leave our bags in the lockers was also very convenient. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is awesome, very central and well connected by public transport, and you can also walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

No major drawbacks, just a few suggestions to make the hotel even better: 1) Some towel hangers would be good to have next to the sink in the toilet, 2) the shower doesn’t have the best design as water is leaking under the shower door, maybe something could be installed to prevent it from leaking, 3) the towel hangers next to the shower were poorly fixed and kept falling down, 4) the pillows could be a bit firmer to my taste.

Wifi is not connecting, if it does its slow (even for a video load) not good at all… had to use mobile internet for extra charge Heating was not so good, turned up heating to max before sleep, and at morning we were still near freezing Bathroom design is questionable (shower is pushing water to the whole bathroom, making it really annoying)
