Great location close to metro . Staff friendly and helpfull
Room was not cleaned only rubbish removed and clean towels. The hall stank of wet dog and musty. Shower hard to regulate. The Blankets had holes in them. Found a dirty sock on the floor on arrival . And had to ask for towels as there were none. Very noisy especially at the back of building

The hotel is quaint & has lots of original features of Viennese building which takes you back in time. The balcony was a bonus as it was very hot in July. Attractions are within walking distance.
Drinks in the room rather than reception would be better.

The was in the city centre close to every thing which was great
When we arrived we got checked in and when we got to the room the room was not cleaned and we had to go out and wait for 40minutes for the room to be cleaned.
