We liked the bathroom heated flooring, and the proximity of the property to the beach. We also liked that the property manager was attentive to our needs.

The front gate was not fixed within the one week stay. Everything was equipped with IKEA items, from the kitchenette to the living room area.

Jurata is a wonderful destination overall (for a couple of days). The apartment is in a great location, the room is spacious, and the terrace is a lovely bonus. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The biggest downside was the communication. Responses from the staff were consistently quite slow. First, they barely communicate through the official Booking.com chat. In 2026, not having WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber linked to the contact number can be a real problem, especially for international travelers who rely on internet-based communication rather than regular phone calls. In my case, I never received the SMS with the self check-in instructions, and since there is no reception desk, I had to ask other guests how to access the apartment. I was told that calling the phone number was the only option. Second, because communication through Booking is so limited, it makes phishing attempts much more convincing. While I was traveling, I received scam messages asking me to "complete my registration" by entering my credit card details again. I contacted the host through Booking to verify whether the message was legitimate, but the response came so late that by the time I arrived, I still had no check-in instructions and nobody was there to assist. Even if you're familiar with these scams, standing outside an apartment building with no way to get inside makes you question everything. One more point is the level of amenities. At this price point, I would expect basic items such as shampoo to be provided. I completely understand when these are missing in accommodations that cost three or four times less, but for a premium-priced apartment, I think guests should not have to bring essentials like shampoo or beach towels themselves. I appreciate that the property states its eco-friendly soap can also be used as shampoo, but in my opinion, soap is not a real substitute for shampoo, especially in an apartment in this price range.
