Amazing apartment hotel with direct view to Zugspitze

It’s a perfect apartment at great location near Zugspitze. Supermarket just under the apartment hotel. Apartment is well equipped with every utensils and kitchen appliances. Comfortable bed and every room has their own bathroom with toilet.

The room was exceptional in all regards.

There was no way to control the room temperature. It was cool outside but very warm in the room. We found two spiders and another insect when we open the window to cool off the room. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful Lermoos

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment with seperate bath-shower for each room, excellent showers with plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. Good kitchen and utensils in apartment. Below the Guesthouse is a supermarket with a bakery and coffeeshop which made preparing breakfast a very enjoyable task.

WIFI didn't really work, terribly slow, I needed to work on my laptop and that was impossible. Complaint to staff wasn't remedied.

Nice place to stay and discover the area

It was a quiet place, never heard other guests making noise. Lots of parking space and close to the center. We rented a small appartement. The kitchen was small but it included even a washing machine. So no time wasted on doing the dishes

The property is right next to a busy road. However during the night there was practically no cars passing. Another issue, but not specific to Gerber, is the train that passes on regular intervals and using the horn many times. It starts at 7am until somewhere in the late evening. I guess you get used to it

Super, komen graag weer!

Een uitdraai van het weer en tips voor de dag. Echt ouderwets Oostenrijks, maar bedden en badkamer waren van deze tijd, dus goed!

Saunatijden waren niet afgestemd op de skieer, apres ski en eten. (Was om 20.00u dicht). We hebben voor 6 personen geboekt, 2x een app voor 3 personen: hielden rekening met een 2 persoonsslaapbank. Helaas waren dat 2x een 1 persoons.

Een heel fijn verblijf, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

De kamer was erg ruim en schoon, met een mooie badkamer en een uitstekende douche. Het pand was heel netjes en op een goede locatie gesitueerd. Direct boven een supermarkt met bakkerij voor koffie en broodjes. Het personeel was flexibel en behulpzaam. Al met al een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Het ontbijt was zeker goed te noemen, maar niet goedkoop. En voor die prijs had ik meer verwacht, zoals gebakken eieren en echte verse jus d'orange. Beneden in het bakkerijtje van de supermarkt had je een betere prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding.

Ruhig, freundlich und stressfrei.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß und sehr sauber. Die Lage war hervorragend und ruhig.

Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Bandbreite vertragen. Zum Beispiel gab es zwar hartgekochte Eier aber kein Rührei oder Omelette. Der Aufschnitt war auch eher „preiswert“. Aber es gab echtes Nutella.

Tolles Landhaus, super sauber und ordentlich, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Unser Zimmer war groß, sehr ruhig und wir konnten jeden Tag die Sauna nutzen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Lermoos ist auch wunderschön! Wenn wir in die Gegend zurückkommen, dann werden wir wieder ins Landhaus Gerber zurückkommen.

Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung in toller Lage mit vielen Extras.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Blick auf die Zugspitze vom Balkon unserer Wohnung war atemberaubend. Das Apartment war blitzsauber (tägliche Reinigung wie im Hotel) und die Lage ist super für Ausflüge aller Art. Der Fahrradraum war sehr praktisch und der kleine Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad war ein tolles Extra. Unserer Tochter haben die beiden Spielzimmer und der große Spielplatz in der Nähe besonders gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Backofen wäre noch schön gewesen, aber Mikrowelle und Kochfeld haben ihren Zweck auch erfüllt.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war top, sehr modernes Bad, sauber und mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Zugspitze und Sonnenspitze. Die Parkplatzsituation war völlig unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders geschätzt habe ich die Ruhe, von den anderen Gästen hat man so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, es gab alles, was man zur Stärkung braucht , und wir hatten sogar einen reservierten Tisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, aber ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt.

كنت حاجز اطلاله ع الجبل حطوني بغرفه اطلاله ع خشب وحمار يناهق عزكم الله مع اني قبل لا احجز متواصل مع الفندق وقلتو لي كل غرفنا ع الجبل بس سكنت كنت مضطر والقطار ازعاج يدق هرنات الصبح واجد يصحيك غصب والغرفه ضيقه جدا ولا فيها حتى غلايه ولا ثلاجه ولا اي شي نام وتوكل ع الله .

Prima accommodatie op een fijne plek.

Fijne locatie op een mooie plek. Appartement is niet groot maar voldoet aan alle eisen. Boven een supermarkt, wel zo handig. Slaapkamer kon niet donker gemaakt worden door een dakraam, dus vanaf 5 uur ‘s ochtend daglicht binnen. Afwasmiddel en afwasblokjes voor de vaatwasser ontbraken. Alles keurig geregeld en veel wandelingen mogelijk vanaf Lermoos. Zeker een aanrader!
