It was at a great price for the location, within easy walking distance of the natural history museum, the V&A , and the science museum.
The Hotel was clean, basic and staff friendly. The beds were comfy and the size good. We were a family group of 62 year old lady , 29 year old lady and grandson of 13. Plenty of room in quadruple room.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Nothing it exceeded our expectations and is a hotel at the lower price end. Don’t go expecting infinite luxury think premier inn.

Very easy check in and the rooms were good for the 4 of us . They let us keep our bags for the whole next day after check out . And the breakfast was a bonus

Well located for South Kensington, museums and the Royal Albert Hall. The room is ok and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is adequate.
The en suite door squeaked loudly. The plug in the sink did not work. The tv did not work initially but was fixed. This hotel needs attention to detail.
