Fantastic location for South Kensington tube & Royal Albert Hall.Lovely little area with bars & cafes nearby

Needed a mirror in the main bedroom

Clean comfortable room , as was attached toilet and shower. Staff member very accommodating.

It was all good

Close to tube and the royal Albert hall plenty of places to eat near by

Rooms very hot even with the window open and a fan on not much air flow on the second floor

The location is great. It's clean. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. It's expensive, but for its location the price is objectively reasonable.

We were in a basement room at the back of the hotel (B2) - 'deluxe quadruple'. Undeniably quadruple but nothing deluxe about it. Technically has a window but not really - it's small, set back from the body of the room and looks onto a tiny inner space full of ladders and rubbish. 4 very small skylights high up - 3 of which have covering which would be difficult to open (unreachable); the 4th had no covering at all so let's light into the room from dawn. Area outside the bedroom door is a general dumping space for linen, hoover etc. Carpet seen better days. All quite drab and one of the most depressing hotel rooms I've stayed in. Rooms on the upper floors might well have been nicer (and would be worth asking for). Staff perfectly polite but detached - not warm/friendly.
