Cozy and picturesque

The apartment building was charming and picturesque and the room was cozy. The room and bathroom were clean. Each floor had a common balcony area where you could have breakfast and enjoy the view. The staff was nice and helpful though the messaging app, answered any questions we had.

A moderate walking distance away from the nearest beaches and city center, on the plus side, the place was calm and quiet for rest and sleep.

Good for a couple that likes AC

The air conditioning was perfect... And it worked without any problems. Fast to check in. Also, I like the fact that in one of the photos some wines and strawberries appeared. Fun fact, we didn't receive any ;)

The bathroom had a weird smell that was coming out of the toilet. There was a lack of facilities like a proper kitchen, pots, things like that. Location is passable. Just 30 minutes from the center by walking (you don't have other options because public transport does not exist in this city).

Not honest description, terrible smell in the toilette

The position and the easy check-in/out

I had chosen this apartment also because in the services the kitchen was included but unfortunately it was not really like that. When we arrived we have seen that there were no pots or pans and when I asked for it they wrote me that "Cooking is not possible because of the bad smell it brings and that it is a coffee kitchen😅". Moreover, when I complained about that they gave me the smart solution to go to eat in too cheap places close by. The problem is that when they told me this (sunday) those places were closed 😳 and our problem is that one of us has celiac disease and can't easily eat in restaurants because of contamination. So our experience was not good. Plus there was a horrible smell (like sewers) coming from the toilet. We had to keep the toilette door close to avoid that horrible smell.

Excellent option, a bit away from city center

-Excellent WIFI -Easy check-in/check-out -Apartment includes small fridge and kitchen -Everything looks clean and new -Nice shower with lots of hot water -Calm neighbourhood -Zadar is a small city so you can just walk to everywhere

-City center is 20 minutes walk, in a small city like Zadar maybe you'd like to stay a little nearer, specially if you plan to stay there a day or two. There are other stores and shopping mall near the appartment, so you won't be isolated. Anyway, is not a problem if you have car, pay taxi (is cheap) or just like walking

Night in cash caw room, other looked better

I appreciate kitchen, kitchen equipment and space in the room. All the info was on 2 papers so we did not need any more info.

When we went into room for the first time there was light smell of sewage and it has not disappeared throughout the stay. Water is drinkable however in this place tastes even more awful that in other places in Zadar. Equipment in the room was old and worn, some of it broken.

The room did not have a balcony, it did have stairs right in front of the window - great privacy.. Kitchen lacked any kitchenware, apart from kettle and coffee cups there was nothing you could use to cook, or even to make noodles. When asked the owners about some pots they told they don;t provide them because it smells. Which pretty much means this room is falsely advertised. The shower was disgusting, shower glass was all white and dirty, water was not draining.. Oh and there were no toiletries - just one bottle of soap.

One week stay

It was clean comfortable bed it has a kitchinette (very limited, but basics are there), bathroom (just a hand soup, toilette paper and towels) and 2 terraces on the same floor and on a ground floor that you can use Very beautiful building and nice local neighbours Travelling on a budget is very good You can park in the street for free

On the first night it was a weird smell from tubes and other guests were loud during the night (sitting in a terrace and talking very loud) There is no such front desk to reach out immediately, nobody picked up the phone, only replied within one day via booking.com to our request. We didn't do any real checkin or checkout and never seen the owners The quality of a stay depends a lot on other quests and how they are respectful to the house rules. In our case, there were a group of friends staying on both floors, so just imagine what happens when bunch of friends are staying in the same place Location is around 15min walking from bus station and 30min from the city center, however, coming by car it's a really great location

Superb

A pleasent afordable place to stay in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Zadar. God value for your money. Its 30 mins walking distance from the old town and only 15mins away from the bus station, so its a nice location if you plan daytrips in the area with a bus. The rooms are big, clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was a slight unpleasent smell in our bathroom. Nothing major though.

a clean place on a budget

- very clean place - working AC was a massive plus, as it was roasting outside! - it was nice to have a balcony(shared) - easy check in, our flight was delayed and there was a gentleman waiting for us quite late to show us the room - constant contact with the owner

- the bathroom was very old ☹️ - only one towel per person - it said that we’d get “toiletries” but there was only a hand wash on the sink. We had to buy shower gel and shampoo, which we could not take with us, having only a hand luggage. not really a minus or a plus but it’s about 30 mins walk from the seaside & town centre( we thought it’d be closer but it’s ok!)

General lack of care for customers, I'm not going back and wouldn't recommend

Decent sized bedroom

The lack of communication. We asked about the transfer service to the airport that they offer (we needed it for 5am the following day), they answered to tell me the price, I confirmed and then I didn't receive any more information. Throughout the day I sent 3 emails asking if the service was confirmed on their part and I tried to call them, all unsuccessfully. Finally I decided to book a taxi because I had no idea whether they were coming to pick me up and definitely didn't want to find out the morning of my flight. I informed them of this, saying that none of my emails got a reply and so I couldn't remain with the uncertainty. They replied only at 10.15pm with "Have a nice trip", never received an apology. It was very unprofessional. The bathroom. Very small, the mat was dirty, there's not an actual door but just a folding door. The kitchen. You can't really use it because it lacks many things

A pleasant stay for one night

Lovely building with a nice patio downstairs and shared terrace. We only stayed one night to be at a walking distance to the bus station and enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable.

Not much kitchen equipment and quite old used up (but clean) sheets, they had a bit of an unpleasant texture. Only hand soap, no shampoo or shower gel.

If someone likes to sleep in real silence close to the center - you can relax there. A wonderful, atmospheric Mediterranean garden in a tightly built-up area. 10 mins to the Main Bus Station and 20 min to the Kolorave beach. Close to shops and bakeries. Quiet and close to everywhere. Several terraces where you can sit.

I have seen opinions that the kitchen is poorly equipped. The owner clearly says in the regulations that you can ask for what is missing. Personally, I think the point is not to have to scrub someone's garbage. And in my opinion - good.
