Nice place and really comfortable.

They were nice people. The room was really neat, full equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Really recommend to stay here.

The first day getting there it was kind of a challenge to find the place especially if it’s during the night. Also, it was not specified with time they there was not AC but later they put it on for us so that was really great.

It isn’t located right in the old town, but anyone can easily see from the map before booking. The bus stations are very close and there is also a grocery shop nearby. The uber was surprisingly cheap as well, around 5€ to the old town.

Very friendly host, quiet neighbourhood, equipment - kettle, cups, coffee, little fridge.

The wifi was not always super strong, but there was a tv in the room so good trade-off 😆

This was really clean and had all facilities needed. Excellent location and easy walks to several beaches

The shower, was within the toilet, flat floor so soaked the room if you were not careful and water was not really hot.

Great budget option

Great value for money, great choice on budget holidays. You'll get a room with your own bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen there's storage, a cooker with 2 spots, cutlery, plates and pans. There's a small fridge and freezer combo and a sink. The bed was comfortable enough and there's a storage area for clothes. The best feature is the AC which will cool down the room in 30min under extreme hot weather, just make sure to keep the windows closed. If you have a car, there's isn't a parking option on the apartment premises but there are lots of free parking options on the streets nearby (5min walk). You have a mini market 2 min away (foot) for small shopping and a big Lidl 4 min away (car). Nearest beach is Kolovare which is about 7min away by car and has free parking. Overall great stay with a very nice host who made an effort to check us in super late at night due to flight delays. Recommend it!

Superb

The room was excellent, with a large very comfortable double bed, and the bathroom was just spot on. We were met by the lovely host upon arrival and show to our room, and given some information about parking, shops, and atm etc. Fantastic value for money, so wouldn't hesitate to stay again 😀

Very friendly owners, homely touches and comfortable and clean.

It was fresh and the linen and curtains smelled lovely, clear instructions for WiFi and house rules were not to excess. The bed was very large and comfortable and I felt welcome.

I struggled to turn the air con off, but I am not used to air con so could have been to user error rather than machine fault

We lived in a double room which was very cosy, clean and well decorated. The owner was very welcoming and helpful from the start right up to the end of our trip. It is only ~20 minutes walk to Kolovare beach so a great location. Very highly recommended.

Great host, lovely apartment and perfect value for the price

The apartment is at a good location, it's around 15 mins walk from the bus station, 20 mins from the beach. It's not much at all, we needed that walk every day. Also, there are 2 bars not far from the apartment, as well as a Tommy supermarket and a bakery. For this price, this apartment was just perfect.

The walls are a bit too slim, and all the outdoor noises & from other rooms are pretty audible in the room.

It was perfect! very comfortable and clean, the staff is super nice and is located in a very good, quiet and calm neighborhood. You just have to be able to walk a little bit if you want to get to the beach or city center. Overall great!

Green and white tranquility and harmony

Friendly cozy villa at the end of a short quiet street. The rooms are decorated in beautiful green and white colors. Supermarkets, bus stops, bakeries, butchers, cafes and restaurants are located on the nearby streets. To the beach 20 minutes walk. Everything in the room is in order, and matches the photos and descriptions.

Myślę że jak za taką cenę lokalizacja mogłaby być nieco lepsza, nawet te 500 m bliżej, z obiektu do plaży jest około 30 min marszu.

Lejos del interés turístico,, poca privacidad y ducha muy mejorable

La dueña era amable y hospitalaria. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.

El acceso al alojamiento se realiza a través del patio delantero, donde reside la propietaria. Dicho patio estaba habilitado como zona de juegos para niños, con diversos juguetes. La familia habita en la planta inferior de la vivienda. El balcón de nuestra habitación daba a un pasillo por el que se accede a las demás estancias. Se nos cobró un importe adicional de 3 € en concepto de tasas, no mencionado previamente en el anuncio. Asimismo, se nos solicitó realizar una fotografía de nuestros documentos de identidad. Nos resulto dificil de encontrar ya que se encontraba en un barrio residencial a las afueras de Zadar y que tenia mala conexion con la zona de interés turístico. El cuarto de baño no tenia plato de ducha por lo cual todo el agua se dispersa por el suelo incluso entrando en la habitación.

A legjobban az hogy csendes volt.

Nem volt vastagabb takaró, így én kicsit fáztam. De ezen kívül minden kiváló volt! Illetve aki nem szeret sétálni annak nem ajánlom, mert a kavicsos stran 30 percre van gyalog, viszont bolt 5 perc sétára.
