The room has everything you need and there is a nice terrace to sit on. The air conditioning kept us cool while sleeping. I liked that there was a drying rack provided for drying laundry. There are large grocery stores within 10-15 min walking distance, and the property is approx 15 min walking from the main bus station, so it's convenient. The owner gave us some fresh figs and also offered to drive us to the bus station when we checked out! The staff is great and very responsive.
The room is a bit crammed. It has a table and chairs, but there isn't really room to actually sit at the table. There is a cooktop, but no ventilation, so there is a bit of oil residue on items in the room. The shower leaks a bit at the bottom, and we had to put an extra towel in the corner of the bathroom to prevent the water from dripping in the rest of the bathroom.

The patio was nice and the place was walkable to the train station, McDs and InterSpar. Enjoyed the views of the local vegetable and fruit gardens on the way.
The room was small but would have been more functionable if more thought had been put into furnishing and fitting it. The wardrobe was a waste of valuable space, the dining table and chairs were big and bulky, the prefab shower leaked badly and was another waste of space in the narrow bathroom. The washing machine sat right next to the toilet and crowded you when you were trying to do your thing.
