The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The pool area was nice, and the private beach was enjoyable. Some of the food was tasty, and the location was convenient.
Unfortunately, there were many disappointing aspects. The housekeeping was very poor, and we constantly had to tell the cleaners what needed to be cleaned. Even then, the room was often not cleaned properly. The food quality was inconsistent, and the drinks could be much better. The bar closes too early at midnight. We wanted to play tennis at 9:00 PM, but we were told it was not possible, which was disappointing because guests should be able to enjoy the facilities during the evening. The kids’ club was dirty and poorly maintained, with very limited activities for children. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, food quality, and guest services.
