It was overall a nice stay in Turkey. Stressing - in Turkey. The hotel has been renovated, rooms look nice, facilities so so...Beach was sandy an nice. I have many examples what was not great about the hotel, but it would take too long. So just a few: the guest relations worker was "very excited" about any guests, please change your job, lady. Spa opening hours until 18:30... I understand that the therapists can finish early, but at least leave the saunas open longer. The gym was very small and with a closed door there was hardly any air inside. the main restaurant was very loud at peak times... relaxing is something else. The animation was a hit and miss. The meeting room where the evening shows were playing were very damp and the sound system was awful. Food offers were generally nice, but spare yourself and skip the BBQ a la carte - we were glad we did not have to hunt down the food ourselves; staff was helpless too. Also the room cleaning was very hit and miss - while especially an older lady was great, others just threw things on the sink... Overall, not a place we would definitely return to due to inconsistent quality, but generally ok.
