Hotel room was nice. Came first night and our room was not available, had to go to another hotel and their rooms was well below standards despite their 5-star rating. Compensated with an additional a la carte meal at the beach restaurant but when it came to book there was nothing available until our last day(already had one free)
Cocktails were mostly undrinkable unless you’re well intoxicated - Soda’s were 90% of the time flat. AC broke down.
Although they say reserving sun-beds with towels is not allowed it is not followed through with.
The hotel is perfect for germans with kids - everyone at the hotel speaks german but little english.
The store is good, nice spa and massage, friendly staff and the house keeping was excellent.
