Very unwelcoming from other staff specially when you can only speak English

Both hotels, the Palace and the Style were lovely, great ambience. The hotels have bought the Well Palace next door too, another great hotel. The reception, bar and restaurant and housekeeping staff all great. We would like to especially mention the bar staff at the Royal lobby area who were particularly attentive and kind. The coffee shop and the patisserie were fabulous.

The food was ok, a little repetitive and we’ve had much better, actually the Well Palace food was better when we last went. The standard of food did not match the rest of the hotel. The coffee shop could add moccas, otherwise fabulous.

The hotel is nice and only 7 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel provided a very good variety of food. Every time I struggled with the choice, I wanted to try everything. The rooms are quite spacious (we had a room type 2) and are soundproofed from neighbours, not the outside, unfortunately. The cleaning service was very efficient, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is advertised as 5-star, but in practice, it falls short. We encountered numerous inconveniences during our stay. Room Amenities The hotel does not provide basic amenities like slippers or bathrobes, unless you're in the most expensive room category with a private pool. Furthermore, there's no hair conditioner or toothpaste, and the toiletries provided are limited and don't feel like high-quality products. Noise Levels Nightly parties are a significant issue. If your room fortunately faces another hotel (window-to-window), you might be able to sleep by midnight. However, if you're unlucky like my parents and your room overlooks the pool, you'll be subjected to loud music from the nearby disco or karaoke until 3-4 AM. The music is constantly blasting, and the repertoire is repetitive, featuring the same songs like "Aram Zam Zam," "Lambada," and "Macarena" daily. Smoking Policy and Cleanliness Smokers are prevalent throughout the resort—on the beach, by the pool, and in the bar area. This lack of designated smoking areas has led to the beach being horribly dirty, covered in cigarette butts, which is extremely unpleasant.
