The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again.

Well managed, well maintained, and well staffed. Ultra All Inclusive builds an expectation (which this hotel delivers on).
Only snag is the average beach while the pool area is fantastic.
Another ”challenge” is the variety and high quality of the food presented. If you are the curious type who will want to try everything, you will definitely face a weight problem when you return home and climb onto the scale …
