Everything- the food was absolutely amazing!!!!! The Staff there were also really nice and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned daily. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

The hotel is lovely with all amenities present. The stay is especially comfortable if you have small kids. There's a free shuttle to the beach, which is also easily reachable by foot.
The hotel needs to pay more attention to the cleaning of the rooms. The floors were dirty on check-in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The spacious dining room offered a wide selection of food and drinks. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there was a free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the private beach. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel's courtyard was lush with greenery. There were entertainment events during dinner almost every night.

Liked the rooms
They were big and comfortable
Liked the location of the hotel
It was close to beach and to the airport and almost close to every trip we made and activity
They opened the slides only for short amnt of time each day
The shower is terrible
Food wasn't always good
If u dont speak Russian or Germany it will be hard for you to communicate with someone there
Staff hardly have answers for basic questions
Like asking them till what time can we use the pool
No one ever gave an answer
