Calyptus Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

The property is relatively new, so everything is clean and well maintained. Both the rooms and the public areas are nicely decorated. The swimming pool is clean and has a reasonable number of sunbeds available. The bars deserve an extra star from me. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, especially at the pool bar. Special thanks to Hasan and Okan for their excellent service.

Compared with my previous experiences at other hotels in Antalya, the animation team made not enough effort to engage guests and create a fun atmosphere. The range of daily activities was also quite limited, which made the entertainment feel less enjoyable. Another downside was the lack of designated smoking and non-smoking areas in the public spaces. Unfortunately, many guests smoked without considering children. It was disappointing to see people smoking even next to the children's pool.

It was generally okay but I’ve stayed in better . I booked calyptus because Belazur was unavailable. Trusting the Kirman brand , I must say Belazur fell short. But it was okay

Daily cleaning was horrible. The cleaning company should be changed . I kept asking them to detail the room but they didn’t or couldn’t. I even had the guest relations staff come up to my room to take pictures of uncleaned spots and stains that I had complained about for days. The main restaurant had a funny fishy smell every time. The food fell short of what I enjoyed at Kirman Belazur last year . The Kid’s club was also sub -par. Not enough facilities and activities for kids. Again I compare apples with apples. Belazur vs Calyptus. Our friends that booked for 6 nights left on the 4th night (forfeited their money because it was a non-refundable booking) because they didn’t like it there . The gym should open earlier and the machines fixed .

It’s amazing hotel with friendly personal. The food was great. Activities/events were wonderful. It was pleasure to stay and enjoy holiday over here.
