Paloma Oceana

Well rounded resort. Contains most entertainment you would expect in a typical resort. Everything was clean. The beach was huge and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not a place for group of young friends; demographic is nearly entirely old couples and families with small children. I believe we were the only friend group in the resort during our stay. Building can feel a bit old but still decent for the price tag. Sometimes it felt like the facilities were there just to check off booking website checklists; quantity of facilities were prioritized over quality of facilities.

Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Paloma Oceana. Sehr schick und gepflegt sind die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Empfang, Poolanlagen und die Bars. Unser Dreigang - Menü um WabiSabi war sensationell in Qualität und Service. Vielleicht sollte man nur zwischen Vorspeisenplatten und der eigentlichen Vorspeise ein bisschen mehr Zeit lassen, damit man jedes einzelne Element genießen kann. Aber so muss sich Gastronomie anfühlen!!!

Leider ist der Lack in den Zimmern ab. Uns erwartete ein Appartement mit abgenutzten Möbeln, schmutzigen Böden und ungepflegtem Gesamteindruck. Die Böden wurden nicht ein einziges Mal nass gewischt ( wozu stehen eigentlich die Warn - Aufsteller vor rutschigen Böden herum ???) Für ein Haus dieser Klasse grottenschlecht! Das Essen war vor 2 Jahren noch wesentlich erlesener und besonderer.

I stayed in a villa and paid almost 5000 Euros per week. The bathrooms smell is horrible, the main suite Air Conditioning is horrible and I asked the technicians twice to fix it and none of them did fix it. The last two nights, my wife and I, slept in the living room because it was too hot to sleep in the main room upstairs..I reported all of that and nothing got fixed for a whole week and nothing was deducted from the bill upon leaving and not even a sincere apology from the receptionist when we were leaving. This is extremely not acceptable and I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or associates.
