The resort had a fantastic aqua park, which the kids absolutely loved and spent a lot of time enjoying. The food was good overall, particularly at the poolside restaurants. There were also several shops just outside the resort, which was very convenient. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The beach was only a short 5-minute walk away, and there was even a restaurant near the beach where the food was included as part of the all-inclusive package. This was a great added convenience and meant we could enjoy lunch by the beach without having to return to the resort. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and found the resort to be particularly well suited for families.

They initially gave us a room with one double bed and two sofa beds instead of the double bed and two single beds that we had booked and paid for. After showing them pictures from their website confirming the room configuration, they moved us to the correct room the following day. It would have been better if we had been given the correct room we paid for from the outset, especially as we were travelling as a family. That said, the guest relations staff were helpful in resolving the issue, and apart from this initial inconvenience, everything else was good.
