Club Melas Privé

Absolument tout, la propreté, la qualité des infrastructures (chambre, restaurant, SPA). Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons apprécié les animations et les animateurs sont superbes (Harry, Apollo, Ersin et Albayrak) très chaleureux et bienveillants. Nous avons pu tester le SPA qui est top également. Nous avons adoré le séjour au sein du club Melas et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

La partie où nous avons été déçus, c’est la partie esthétique. Je souhaitais faire une pédicure et par la suite, venir faire mon brushing dans la semaine. La dame nous a reçu de manière hautaine et ne donnant pas envie de donner suite. Notamment, le prix indiqué sur le flyer pour la pédicure était de 25 euros pour finalement nous annoncer un prix de 50 euros. Très déçue sur ce seul point.

I like everything about Melas Holiday Village. The staff are really nice and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The apartments aren’t ultra-modern, but they’re clean and comfortable. The food is superb - both the presentation and taste are impressive. We enjoyed the pools, waterslides, and the beach. The kids had a great time, and so did the parents. The poolside bar was perfect for sitting, drinking, and chatting while enjoying the night. We truly enjoyed every day we spent there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed and memorable sun holiday.

Nothing really

The property's location was nice (4km from the Temple of Apollo). The dinners were great on Turkish, Mexican, and Asian nights. You can always find a sunbed (no need to leave your towel early morning). The beach is sandy as well as the sea. However there are rocks in the sea that you need to be careful and know the spots without rocks. The staff was welcoming, helpful and hardworking. There is a reason people choose all-inclusive holidays, such as having a relaxing, enjoyable time after a stressful working year and thinking of nothing. That’s what we paid for and expected from this property. However, it was clear that there was a significant management issue because none of the staff seemed happy to do their job. They were either over-talkative about how hard their job was or trying to get tips at every possible corner. Every single early morning, the staff loudly chit-chatted in front of our room door, which made us wake up unwillingly. Although the cleaning lady came to the room every day, it was never vacuumed or mopped (because she was so busy with the rooms for newcomers every day, as she said!) Regarding the food, it was obvious that you could find any leftover food from previous days in the buffet. Overall, it was not worth the money; this is not how the business works.
