SiDE GOLDEN ROCK HOTEL&SPA

Nagyon kedves a személyzet és bőséges az étel választék. Különösen a Hasan nevű pincér volt a kedvencünk. Ő már fejből tudta, hogy ki mit szeret. A pénteki zenés estén pedig remek hangulatot teremtett azzal, hogy török zenére táncolt és a vendégeket is bevonta a táncba. Másik kedvencünk egy idősebb hölgy volt, aki az étteremben sütötte az omlettet, halat, lángost. Medence tiszta. Légkondi jól működött. A late check out-ot is rugalmasan megoldották. Első este amikor megérkeztünk, kaptunk vacsorát, pedig már bezárt a konyha. A szobába pedig szendvics is volt bekészítve. (Előre jeleztem, hogy várhatóan mikor érkezünk.) Ásványvizet mindig után töltötték a hűtőben és az étteremben illetve a bárban is adtak palackos ásványvizet.

Kicsit messze van a saját strandrész. A legfelső szinten laktunk, ahol a folyosón nagyon meleg volt. Wifiért külön kellett fizetni, bár nem volt drága. A koktélokban nagyon kevés az alkohol. Olyan mintha szörpöt innánk.

Das Hotel war sauber und gut ausgestattet in den Zimmern. Die Putzperle war sehr hilfsbereit.

Bei der Ankunft wollten sie für das WLAN 4 Euro zusätzlich pro Person, pro Woche. Das ist heutzutage echt lächerlich bei so einem Hotel. Der Wäscheservice ist völlig überteuert, für das Waschen und bügeln eines Hemdes verlangen sie über 5 Euro! Die Auswahl an den Mahlzeiten, eher schlecht und langweilig. Es gab wenig Auswahl. Der eigene Strand ist etwas weiter weg. Die Liegestühle sind in die Jahre gekommen und es liegen überall Zigarettenstummeln im Sand.

Excellent 4star. I spontaneously booked for a week (for work) and I am absolutely delighted by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is very new. I was lucky to have a superb ocean view. I went to some 5 star before but this view is extraordinary for a 4 star. Everything is brand new, the furniture, ACs, TV, lights, the bathroom, etc. The hotel is therefore very clean and has high standards. The guests have a good mix. There are Germans, Dutch, British, Russian, and Turkish, it is well balanced.   The staff was excellent. Mustafa the manager is very courteous and could read any wish from my mind, he was always nice to chat with. I was particularly delighted by the Spa Team. The crew all has expertise in osteopathic medicine, physiology and special wellness therapy, etc. Particularly, Selim is an excellent masseur and very knowledgeable, he showed me some exercises, helped me recover from my chronic neck pain, and I learned a lot. Also, Hamza is an extraordinary masseur with great skills. Ask definitely for both of these guys’ services when there. Not to forget Tolga, who was very attentive and nice to chat with.   I am thankful for the whole crew. You won’t get this kind of attention and service in a 5 star.   The beach is a 5-minute walk, which I liked very much. There are dedicated seats. The gym is well equipped with brand new machines. In summary, this is a very special hotel where the staff and manager know and care about each guest. Not like a mainstream 5 star where guests are dealt with anonymously. Definitely a gem. Will return.
