Side Zeugma Hotel - Adult Only 16 Plus

Rooms are very comfortable and big, staff is helpfull, food has good options, pool is good, the internal pool available for few rooms was the highlight of the hotel from our point of view, very well worth it. Beach is very close by easy to reach, always able to find a place on the sunbed even in mid August. Bathroom and shower was very good.

Some of the free alcoholic drinks were not exceptional, so I would suggest maybe try different ingredients or different drinks.

Il fatto che ho dovuto pagare la cassaforte non mi era mai successo,che devi pagare per pesare o bagagli mai visto e la poca animazion anche se i ragazzi erano molto carini .

Strava bola adekvátna 4°hviezdičkovému hotelu, pomerne slušný výber jedál, ovocia, zeleniny, pečiva, na obed grilovali vonku, ale aj v reštaurácii ryby, mäso, dobrý výber zákuskov. Ak má niekto tráviace problémy, tak výber bol veľmi slabý. Personál bol veľmi milý, ústretový a vždy ochotný. Vo vonkajšom bare od 3h popoludní podávali burge, tortily s mäsom, pizze a neskôr wafle s ovocím či zmrzlinou. Nápoje sa podávali od 10h ráno do 18h pri bazéne a do 24h v loby bare. Ak niekto chcel šampáňko (tak to volajú) dostanete niečo ako vodu so sirupom.

Po príchode do hotela sme nemali k dispozícii 2 z 3 objednaných izieb s vlastným bazénom, kvôli ktorým sme si vybrali tento hotel. Ponúkli im údajne luxusnejšie izby s jacuzzi, ale v lete je to dosť zbytočné. 1 izba bola k dispozícii s vlastným bazénom, žiaľ voda príliš nachlórovaná, bola umiestnená na -1 poschodí popri ceste a k klimatizácií spolu s odpadkovými košmi. Bola tam síce umelá trávnatá stena, okrem toho pod izbami boli kuchyňa a reštaurácia, takže sústavný hluk. Cena za izbu a osobu na 10 nocí bola vyššia ako v Bahrajne v 5 hviezdičkovom hoteli za rovnakých podmienok. Voda v sprche išla buď horúca alebo studená. Vlasy sme si išli umyť ku kaderníkovi priamo v hoteli, kde bol prívetivý personál a veľmi slušné ceny. Na pláži nie je hotelový bar.

Lovely staff at breakfast and dinner, close to the beach and nice wine and cocktails. The spa was nice had lovely treatments but overpriced compared to other spas in the area.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked in, felt like the cleaning was rushed as we found lots of hair in the shower. Was rectified by the front desk and we moved rooms. The pool outside our room was nice but cold and hadn't been skimmed It had lots of plants in it. The beds were really hard but pillows comfortable and the TV is small, encased in a mirror so no access for HDMI just have to watch German television. The food was a buffet where some items are cooked fresh in the morning eggs at night a meat at lunch pasta and they were nice but the other side dishes and breads and spread seemed to sit there night after night and weren't very fresh at all. My boyfriend got sick while there and couldn't think how else but from a Hamburg that he said tasted like yesterday's. The management staff asked us to pay for soiled towels which wasnt great considering he was ill on their watch. The entertainment is really for an older crowd, bingo and karaoke and makes you want to spend your evenings elsewhere. The was a very heavy German catering for everything, smoking, food, entertainment, TV, and they were allowed to reverse loungers all day with their towels as the stereotype became true! The staff were truly wonderful but this place isn't for everyone and certainly not for us.
