Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Konzept hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten ein Komfort-Suite, der voll eingerichtet war.

All was good enough, nice spa and hamam for 2 people

The cleanliness not at the highest level. we asked for some things several times and the employees failed or forgot about them.

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was decent, and the cleaning ladies were always very polite, friendly, and hardworking. The reception staff were also very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the live music on some evenings, and the pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel for us. The music at the pool terrace created a pleasant atmosphere, even if it wasn’t always exactly to my personal taste. There is also a small shop on the premises, which was very convenient and useful.

The room entrance door was a little difficult to open and quite loud. It was also a bit inconvenient that the power outlets did not work when we were out of the room, as this meant we couldn’t leave our tablets or laptops charging while we were away. The restaurant staff were very nice and friendly, although they did have a charming habit of forgetting something from time to time. :) One thing that could be improved is the hotel’s arrangement with the beach bar. The beach bar is quite expensive, and unfortunately we did not find the staff there particularly welcoming. I had a small bottle of water with me, as I always carry water when travelling in Turkey, and the person in charge made me feel very uncomfortable about having it, almost as though I had done something wrong. I completely understand that the beach bar has its own rules, but I think the situation could have been handled in a much friendlier and more respectful way.

Номер «люкс» похож на комнату общаги, не подготовлен для заявленного количества людей. Грязный номер с остатками жизнедеятельности других гостей, сломана мебель. Персонал пытается выставить тебя дураком, будто бы это нормально Странный и лимитированный завтрак, очень навязчивый мужчина-администратор в «ресторане» Вид из окна - просто мусорка
