Lovely quiet location, great hot tub, excellent stay with my wife, daughter and granddaughter.

The location was lovely.

Maybe a small rack in the wardrobe to put a suitcase on. The wooden toilet seat in the en suite needs replacing it has a crack which nips your legs. Apart from that everything was great.

Well off the beaten track

Very remote property, though guests in other lodges were quite noisy during the evenings at times. Spacious property. Good quality hot tub. No need to interact with reception staff or anyone else for that matter. Lots of wildlife in the area, particularly wild birds.

Property is a little "tired". Got locked in the bathroom because the lock broke. Hot tub was not up to temperature the first night we stayed, though I can empathise that it must be difficult to change and reheat water after other guests leaving, though I would feel better if this had been explained prior to arrival.

Perfect down to the T

The property was fantastic! The hot tub was easy to use and was incredibly sophisticated, a welcome experience. The lodge was spacious and incredibly clean on arrival. The facilities had everything we needed and more! The bonus was the animal company.

The WiFi sadly wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Some of the facilities, such as the dishwasher and oven hobs were a bit difficult to use. The road to the lodge was very very narrow and might be a bit difficult for anyone who isn’t used to driving on country roads; they were also very very steep.

It was a very quiet place, nice, comfy, clean and warm lodge. The hot tub was amazing. Everything was in the lodge, what we needed.

lovely accommodation, staff not so lovely

The property was really clean, well equipped and big. views were lovely

The staff were really rude. We text when we arrived and asked for the wifi code, we were ignored. We then had to text because the hottub was cold and they replied to say that it had been serviced that day. I replied to say that was disappointing because it was only a short trip and we’d paid for the hottub and we got ignored again. I just felt that a reply would of been polite. or the hottub could of been serviced when there were no guests. also the toilet continuously ran which interrupted sleep.

Great getaway if you want to relax and leave the cities behind.

Great location, very relaxing and clean.

Two very minor and not obvious or really bad things. First was a lack of toilet roll. We had to buy our own because we ran out. The other was the batteries in the TV remotes. They had not been checked. Free view remote was flat. No flexibility regarding check in time or departure time despite you being asked to leave the lodge clean and bins emptied. If you're paying a premium for a nice stay I would either expect an earlier check-in or later check out.

Ultimate relaxation

Very comfortable lodge. Great 8 person hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the echo dot. Couldn't fault the accommodation. The outside seating area was very comfy with peaceful farm views.

Only thing I found missing was a clothes airer. The weather was fantastic and I ended up using the tumble dryer. An airer would have been great for the swimsuits .

We had a fantastic family break. Beautiful lodge, beautiful location. We would definitely stay again.

The property was spotless, modern and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The hot tub was top of the range.

There were lots of flies but that is to be expected in such a location. It was very hot in the lodge. A fan would have been great.
