The location was lovely.
Maybe a small rack in the wardrobe to put a suitcase on.
The wooden toilet seat in the en suite needs replacing it has a crack which nips your legs.
Apart from that everything was great.

Very remote property, though guests in other lodges were quite noisy during the evenings at times.
Spacious property.
Good quality hot tub.
No need to interact with reception staff or anyone else for that matter.
Lots of wildlife in the area, particularly wild birds.
Property is a little "tired". Got locked in the bathroom because the lock broke.
Hot tub was not up to temperature the first night we stayed, though I can empathise that it must be difficult to change and reheat water after other guests leaving, though I would feel better if this had been explained prior to arrival.

The property was fantastic! The hot tub was easy to use and was incredibly sophisticated, a welcome experience. The lodge was spacious and incredibly clean on arrival. The facilities had everything we needed and more! The bonus was the animal company.
The WiFi sadly wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Some of the facilities, such as the dishwasher and oven hobs were a bit difficult to use. The road to the lodge was very very narrow and might be a bit difficult for anyone who isn’t used to driving on country roads; they were also very very steep.

The property was really clean, well equipped and big. views were lovely
The staff were really rude. We text when we arrived and asked for the wifi code, we were ignored. We then had to text because the hottub was cold and they replied to say that it had been serviced that day. I replied to say that was disappointing because it was only a short trip and we’d paid for the hottub and we got ignored again. I just felt that a reply would of been polite. or the hottub could of been serviced when there were no guests. also the toilet continuously ran which interrupted sleep.
