Wide street parking in front. 2 good size bedrooms, bath with shower, well equipped kitchen, heating, (an old!) sweeping brush, lap trays for your plates
Not sad as didn't mind there was no 'live' tv to watch as it's a smart TV so could view Netflix, itvx etc
Stairs quite steep, be aware the banister in two pieces not one long one!

Not applicable re breakfast.
It had comfortable beds/pillows and most things we needed. Not stingy with teabags etc-we had just enough for our 2 day stay.
The kitchen had basically what we needed though a couple of larger flat bowls and a chopping board would be useful for salad making and a fruit bowl.
