The property was very very spacious, with 2 huge bedrooms and even a separate dining room which we hadn’t realised. It was exceptionally clean. Two allocated parking spaces which was very useful. Lovely views from the balcony. The apartment had everything you needed. It was only about a 5 minute walk down to Salcombe which was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Salcombe!

Good location, parking a bonus. Great view of the estuary from apartment. Good security. Plenty of hot water and heating. Well equipped, home from home.
shower head in en-suite could do with a clean and mirror replaced as tarnished, but all in all a clean, comfortable apartment that I would recommend to friends and family.

The location was great, lovely views and very good parking.
The kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner. The sofas were uncomfortable and the TV very small.
