Freshly remodeled and refurnished room. Comfortable and Lovely. Could not be in a better location. Between the seaside promenade and Old Town. Restaurants, shops, museum, Sea Organ and Greeting the Sun all within easy walking distance.
The room has a "nepresso" machine.
If you are arriving by car:
On street parking is possible but EXTREMELY limited. (We visited in the shoulder season and got lucky).
I suggest that you ask the host for the location of a reliably available parking lot. Then do one or two slow drive-bys, hoping a spot on the street will open in front of you. If not, go to the recommended parking lot and take a taxi/Uber back to the room.

The property is in a great old building in the perfect location in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere from here, beach, restaurants, bars, shops and ferry. We never met the host but the information to gain entry to the room was easy to manage.
The room was smaller than it appears on the photos and one draw back was the lack of mirrors. There’s a huge mirror so high up on the wall it was not usable. Noisy in the evening until around 1am.

Not the fault of the accommodation but we hired a car and parking in Zadar is a nightmare

On the 4 th floor and the lift did not work
Was fixed in 24 hrs but if you have heavy luggage or average fitness or mobility issues, it is a problem. We were fine.
Looks like the building requires a more up to date lift
The shower gel and shampoo was watered down
In Locatane bottles but almost all water
