Great location, nice bed, clean, excellent soundproofing (because of New Year's Eve partying going on).
They have to do something about heating in the winter months. It is colder than a mf! At least don't leave two windows open :)

Amazing location, friendly and very helpful host. Incredible value for money.
Our bathroom smelled faintly of sewage, the lamps in our room were wireless and out of charge with no way to recharge them, one of the beds had a stain on the bedding - these were incredibly minor issues and didn't make us enjoy our stay any less!

Owner was friendly and helpful, room was big.
There is no parking place available, but if you're lucky you can get one at the free parking place. Was very loud at night, because there is a bar next to the building. Didn't get early sleep. Bathroom smelled to much like chlorine, not really nice.
