It’s very nice location
If I knew the room was at second floor i wouldn’t book it. I had to carry 25kg suitcase, step by step up the stairs and there is no-one to help. Stairs were too narrow. Shower needs attention. One bag of tee that’s all you get.

Great location, nice bed, clean, excellent soundproofing (because of New Year's Eve partying going on).
They have to do something about heating in the winter months. It is colder than a mf! At least don't leave two windows open :)

Great location in the alleys of Zadar old town. If you’re into the bars and late nights there’s a great bar directly outside the accommodation open till 00/1am. Small fridge provided in the stairwell, simple check in instructions and complete freedom to come and go as you please.
Not I didn’t like but just wouldn’t be suitable accommodation if you want to sleep early and aren’t into a bit of party as there is noise from surrounding bars till about midnight 1am.
