Great location, nice bed, clean, excellent soundproofing (because of New Year's Eve partying going on).
They have to do something about heating in the winter months. It is colder than a mf! At least don't leave two windows open :)

Amazing location, friendly and very helpful host. Incredible value for money.
Our bathroom smelled faintly of sewage, the lamps in our room were wireless and out of charge with no way to recharge them, one of the beds had a stain on the bedding - these were incredibly minor issues and didn't make us enjoy our stay any less!

A great room in a fantastic location. The bars downstairs are awesome but extremely loud. Not suitable for guests who go to bed early. Very friendly communication and quick responses to questions. There’s a small fridge outside the door.
unfortunately, the room wasn’t really clean, and there was still trash left on the balcony from the previous guest. The stickers, presumably for the cleaning staff, are cheeky and arrogant. There’s also hardly any dishes, and the cutlery was dirty. Sticky stains on the bedside table.
