I was charged twice for a one nights stay, no refund :(

I was able to be given a code to get into the room as was late to check in

I was charged twice for a one night stay, when I settled up in the morning they stated that payment through booking.com would not be taken out therefore i needed to pay, they lied and took both. I have repeatedly requested a refund, this has been refused. There was a kettle in the room, but could not be used as the only power point was not working.

Very nice owners, they helped with my heavy luggage on the stairs. Conveniently located in front of the train station and 5-10 min from the city center.

Super close to station and a 5 min walk into the Center

Great place very close to the station (literally right across the road). Friendly staff, nice breakfast available as well as a bar downstairs. Rooms were comfy and clean, simple but perfect for my needs.

Slept with the window open one evening and the street gets super loud in the morning. But it’s a city so it wasn’t a surprise!

Location, close to the Train Station. Recepcionist helped us out in english.

No elevator, the bathroom (showe) was a little bit nasty with hair in the bottom. Not enough lighting blocking, hard to sleep because of the light and sound of the street (window facing the bus and train station).

Personnel très sympathique. Emplacement très pratique.

Le ménage est fait en surface. Bcp d'endroit sale. L'écran plat fait la taille d'un ordi portable et impossible de l'allumer car piles à plat dans la télécommande. Le meuble tv était plein de poussière. Il est à 2 mètre, normal que le personnel ne puisse le nettoyer. Deux prises dans la chambre, très mal situées. Odeur de cigarette dans le couloir. Facture sans nom, dérangeant pour les sociétés. Pas reçu d'explication claires concernant le petit déjeuner.
