Modern, spacious and clean accommodation with an excellent AC on a very hot day, and there is all you need for a longer stay. Complete kitchen with the fridge, microwave, kettle, dish washing machine, hot plate, oven and even a washing machine. Bedroom separated and bathroom next to the bedroom. Perfect. Kitchen has a big desk and chairs and a flat screen TV with a leather couch made a good resting place after the meal or a long walk in the city. Terrace is spacious too but we couldn't use it as it was extremely hot those days (there was a heat wave going through the whole Spain). We were on 8th floor and it is shame we couldn't use it at all. Not even for a morning coffee. Underground private parking we paid for the whole day is across this building as part of that building, but once you get the access card it is easy to get in or out as your parking space is reserved to you only. There are 4 lifts so you never had to wait for it for too long. This place is close to metro and the bus stations if you find them on Google maps so getting to the city wasn't a problem. We were told the bus is paid in the buss if you don't have those weekly passes or cards but they accept Visa and Master cards inside. Unfortunately the first bus we got into card reader did not work so we had to pay cash to the driver. Then we found out he does not accept notes bigger than €10. The ride for two of us was just over €5 according to the change we got from €10 note. So from then on we always had a €10 note in our wallet. Subway is a bit easier if you read carefully instruction on the machine before the entrance through the gates. We bought a T-mobilitat card (only a couple of €) and then we would top it up for the rides depending of what option we preferred. It starts from the single ride for €2.90. Metro is much more efficient and quicker but on the bus you see more of the city.

To find the location using the address from Booking.com is difficult. We had Garmin GPS, we used Google maps and Waze app and still ended up driving in the circle around the block. There is access to the plateau in front of the building and parking where you can unload your car before parking it else ware (if you paid for the parking for your car). But no maps can show you how to get there. Lucky for us we got contacted by a very helpful person from 4 season apartments, Ana. Ana was very patient with us with all our questions and she gave us all the required instructions. After she gave us google maps exact location I finally managed to see the turn from the street into the access way to the building. There are no signs from the street or any indication if you can or cannot drive there. Once you get around this all is clear and easy, Thanks again for Ana who was extremely helpful and patient with us.

I paid for cleaning service but no cleaner came around to clean my entire stay and the woman handling what’s app account is rudeeeee

It is near at the Train station

The Foot of the double Bed is slippery and it is moving easily, it is easy to move apart the double Bed.

The host didn't reply to any of the questions we asked on line. The dishwasher didn't work, we were unable to do them by hand because there was no plug for the sink, and it would have been helpful if the operating manual for the washing machine was available.
