The good: Very nice host, comfortable bed, nice sized, well equiped kitchen area, 2 rooms with nice sized living room. 5 minute walk to Metro/Subway, store very close by.
The not so good:
Walls in the entrance have paint falling off, no elevator for this 3rd floor room (as stated in description) very narrow stair case. Very thin walls, we could hear the people next to or below us talking until 2 AM, very low water pressure in shower. Not a desireable location.

Apartment is like the pictures. Owner was friendly, professional, no problems.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a well appointed kitchen to make meals. Less than a five minute walk to the metro made it very convenient to see Barcelona. Only negative was the fact that it was on the third floor which is difficult when travelling with large suitcases and no elevator. We managed but other not quite as fit guests wouldn’t. Overall enabled us to have a fantastic visit to beautiful Barcelona.
